Tommy, Zhihao Ding（丁志浩）
Ph.D. Candidate at Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU)
I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Computing, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, supervised by Dr. Jieming Shi. Previously, I received my Master’s degree from Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2022, under the supervision of Prof. Yadong Zhou, and my B.Eng. degree from Northeastern University (China) in 2019.
My research interests lie in structured data representation learning, with a focus on table understanding, graph neural networks (GNNs), and molecular machine learning.
Outside of research, I enjoy playing football and am a passionate supporter of FC Barcelona 🔵🔴. I also read extensively—especially in the areas of history and biography. Feel free to check out bookshelf if you’re interested in what I’m exploring beyond computer science.
